AI & Enterprise Platforms based on real value

AI & Enterprise Platforms based on real value

It started with high expectations for everyone in Riyadh. Mohsin Khan, Founder & CEO of Virtuxient Technologies, spent the first day of the conference at the ServiceNow booth, meeting with industry visionaries to cut through the hype and focus on practical execution. We had inspiring conversations on automation, digital transformation, and what Saudi Vision 2030 really means to businesses across the region. The conversation today has shifted from buzzwords to practical discussions about building sustainable enterprise platforms at scale.

Event themes such as AI infrastructure, clean energy, data centers, autonomous mobility and robotics proved that foundational technologies are ready. Now the focus is on how to leverage enterprise workflow platforms like ServiceNow to deliver seamless operational outcomes using these advanced capabilities.

AI Requires Talent, Not Just Technology

AI Requires Talent, Not Just Technology

Coming up next was an enriching discussion around AI and its capabilities. The opportunity with AI is significant, but the main limitation is still the talent that can turn AI into measurable business results.

Organisations across the Gulf region are not short of capital or modern tools. The core question is whether the ecosystem has the next-generation talent to build, deploy, integrate, and secure these intelligent systems.

Here are some critical execution pillars that support AI adoption:

  • AI & Intelligent Automation: Enabling more efficient operations through intelligent workflows.
  • AI Agents & Enterprise Workflows: Automating multi-system business processes across the enterprise with ServiceNow.
  • Cloud, Data Security & Cybersecurity: Building robust zero-trust frameworks to protect enterprise data assets.
  • Enterprise Engineering & Consulting Skills: Cultivating talent at the intersection of technology and business strategy.

Saudi-India Synergy: A Technology Bridge

Saudi Arabia’s vision plan is attracting more investment and a growing base of buyers. That shift makes it easier for new ideas to find opportunities.

India has its own tech vision. Many teams in India know how to build scalable software solutions. They can also deliver solutions at scale. You do not have to choose only one path. A smarter approach to technology is to view talent as something that develops over time. In short, we have this

Saudi Arabia (Vision and Investment) and India (Engineering Talent and Delivery) together can drive faster growth.

This plan is meant to speed up digital rollout in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. It does this by training people inside Saudi Arabia and pairing that with technical delivery support from India.

Next Steps: Grow the local footprint in KSA

The future of the technology landscape will belong to leaders who can deploy AI effectively, securely, and at scale.

To realise this strategic vision, Virtuxient Technologies is actively establishing a local office in KSA and strong partnerships with local Saudi partners. We are committed to enhancing local capability and accelerating digital transformation initiatives by bringing specialised skills in ServiceNow, AI, Cybersecurity, and Data Security directly into the Kingdom.
